My room included an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. The location was magnificent, right next to a renovated museum.

Everything was very good, including thoughtful staff and unbeatable location close to downtown. We loved the queen room which was brand-new with comfy bed...

It was an amazing base for our fine stay. We liked this place, it has good staff and location. 15 km from Macdonald Cartier airport. Great beds, an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch.

super location, dismissive staff, sumptuous breakfast. the service was friendly, totally satisfied. the place was near the heart of ottawa. plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Our bed was very small.

The venue was chic, I appreciated the stay and the location was ideal next to the museum and bus station and Parliament Buildings. I had adequate room with one queen bed.

Perfect breakfast, supportive staff, I loved strategic location. Rooms were immaculate, silent, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was a super restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Absolutely fabulous views and nice garden.
